Scott Solliday
has been an historian in central Arizona for 20 years, including 16 years as a museum curator and history instructor in Mesa, Chandler, and Tempe. His expertise is in the history of the East Valley, irrigation, the Arizona cotton industry, and Mexican American barrios. In 1999, he was granted a fellowship with the National Endowment for the Humanities to produce the Mexico/Arizona Biographical Survey. Since 2000, he has been a consultant for state and local history and cultural resource management.
